If you choose "other" and key whoever "other" is in the little box below it should work, although you won't be able to see the name you entered from where you are. When i check my pollmonkey account and conduct analysis i'll be able to provide report on who "other" votes have gone to.

btw, it's set to only accept one vote per user.
